The Association Directors wold like to invite applications from members of clubs
within the GBA membership for the position of Team Manager for our County
team(s)
The Team Manager will be supported by the GBA Directors.
Applicants should have :-
1. A good knowledge of the County set-up
2. A working knowledge of the players who are eligible to be considered to
….represent the GBA.
3. Good communication skills
4. Knowledge of competition rules and regulations
Applications should include :-
1. Your vision for the County team(s)
2. Outlining the proposed process that you see as being beneficial to the
….development of the team(s)
3. How you would select players
4. The structure you see as being productive for the enhancement of the team(s)
5. All the above are considerations that we must evaluate on a yearly basis.
